Maintenance Assistance Responsibilities

- Perform general cleaning tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures, using appropriate cleaning agents.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and break rooms.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure consistent quality of service.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and use proper protective equipment when handling cleaning chemicals.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
- Follow instructions from supervisors or managers and complete tasks within specified timeframes.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to any cleaning-related inquiries or requests from clients.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while on duty.
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning or janitorial services preferred.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and coworkers.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.

- Pay rate is $16-$18 per hour DOE
- 1st Shift 9a-5p
- Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts
