Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)| Indianapolis, IN| 2026–2027 School Year | Full-Time
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an onsite-only school-based role in Indianapolis, Indiana for the 2026–2027 school year. This position is primarily evaluation-focused and offers strong collaboration with an established SLP team supporting specialized student needs.
Position Details
• Hours: 37.5 per week
• Dates: August 3, 2026 – June 1, 2027
• Onsite Only
• Caseload: Approximately 50–70 students
• Primary Focus: Speech-language evaluations and assessment services
• Collaboration with another SLP supporting nonverbal life skills students
• School-based, multidisciplinary team environment
Job Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and assessments
• Support eligibility determination and IEP development processes
• Collaborate closely with another SLP serving nonverbal life skills students
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Maintain accurate evaluation reports, documentation, and compliance requirements
• Provide consultation and support to school staff as needed
• Ensure services align with district and state special education guidelines
Qualifications / Requirements
• Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong background in evaluations and assessment practices
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
