Position Title: Guest Services RepresentativeReports To: Guest Services ManagerEmployment Status: Seasonal Full-Time or Part-Time; Winter 26/27Job Summary:Guest Service Representatives are the front line for total guest satisfaction covering pre-arrival contact, sales of all mountain products and addressing concerns brought to department’s attention. This is a position requiring availability on weekends and holidays to sell ticket products and create the best guest experience at Brundage Mountain. Full and part-time positions available.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Execute the flow of information to guests about mountain services, featured products, company activities, answer questions, give directions, and make recommendationsProvide thorough follow-up with all guest communications via phone, in person, and emailActive in the promotion of Brundage products and events. Help manage signup sheets and waivers of liability, etc.Ensure procedures and product policies are being followed, and alerting leadership and team of potential issues with recommendations on how to resolve themMaintain a high level of professional appearance, demeanor, and ethics in dealing with guests, co-workers, and outside vendorsComplete sales and reservation transactions using Entabeni Point-of-Sale systemEnforcing Brundage health/safety policies with guests and fellow employeesJob Qualifications:High School GED requiredAbility to effectively present detailed information both verbally and in written form to guests, management, and employeesProficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and OutlookMinimum of 1 year of customer service experienceMinimum of 1 year of cash handling experienceOther Requirements:Must be 18 years or olderKnowledge of the Brundage/McCall area restaurants and attractionsMust be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Brundage Mountain Resort Llc
