Senior Application Administrator IT

Under the guidance of the Manager, this position is responsible for project and production support of the organization’s applications. As the primary point of contact, this individual is knowledgeable in all technical and operational aspects of the applications supported. This role involves critical thinking to resolve escalated issues that arise, investigating solutions to problems, collaborating closely with business partners and vendors, and being the technical lead for organization initiatives. IT Leadership Support Supports IT leadership in IT departmental budgeting, allocation, cost recovery, and lifecycle management.
