The Staffing Account Manager plays a crucial role in driving the growth and retention of client accounts within the staffing industry. This position requires a dynamic professional adept at managing client relationships, sourcing high-quality candidates, and coordinating sales activities to meet business objectives. The role balances client acquisition with ongoing account development and necessitates collaboration across teams to deliver exceptional staffing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop client accounts to maximize retention and growth
- Source and identify qualified candidates to meet client needs
- Coordinate sales efforts and support contract negotiation processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored staffing solutions
- Utilize CRM software and manual tracking methods to manage client and candidate information
- Drive both client acquisition and retention strategies
- Oversee sales management activities aligned with account goals
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in staffing and account management
