Summary The Senior Client Advisor drives store performance through exceptional sales and elevated client engagement. Acting as a reference on the sales floor, this role leads by example to deliver memorable client experiences, cultivate a robust client portfolio, and support day-to-day store operations. The Advisor applies product expertise and a business mindset to meet individual sales targets and key performance indicators. Responsibilities Lead by example with strong individual sales performance and elevated client engagement Support onboarding and development of new Client Advisors by sharing product expertise and best practices Deliver outstanding client and after-sale service and cultivate lasting client relationships Build and maintain a proactive client portfolio to grow business opportunities Drive performance to meet or exceed individual sales and KPI goals through an entrepreneurial approach Create personalized looks and provide styling advice to clients Effectively use digital tools to optimize business and support front-and-back-of-house teams Uphold company policies and operational procedures Requirements Previous experience in fashion, accessory retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality Proven track record of strong sales results and elevated client engagement Passion for fashion culture and ability to create personalized styling Business‑minded, proactive, and solution‑oriented attitude Team‑centric with strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable using digital tools and quick to learn new technologies Fluent in English and local language; able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
