The Business Development Manager Sales plays a critical role in driving growth within specialized industries such as aerospace, irrigation, medical, and lighting. This role focuses on managing long sales cycles and operates within a small, dynamic team environment. Occasional travel is expected to cultivate strong client relationships and expand market influence.

 

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to target industries including aerospace, irrigation, medical, and lighting
• Identify and acquire new B2B clients to expand market presence
• Lead negotiations to secure profitable deals and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate closely with a small team to align business development efforts and sales goals
• Manage long sales cycles with strategic planning and persistent follow-up
• Occasionally travel to meet clients and attend industry events

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in business development
• Valid driver's license
• Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills
• Customer relationship management expertise
• Proven success in B2B sales environments
