What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Sales Agent, you'll help individuals and businesses explore insurance solutions that fit their needs while building meaningful, long-term client relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reach out to prospective clients, local businesses, referrals, and existing customers to develop new sales opportunities.
• Schedule and attend client appointments to assess insurance needs and discuss available coverage options.
• Present supplemental insurance products and explain potential solutions to prospective clients.
• Maintain regular communication with current and prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and follow-up appointments.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio while developing lasting professional relationships.
• Work collaboratively with your sales team and manager to meet individual and team objectives.
• Track daily sales activities, report performance metrics, and maintain consistent communication with management.
• Organize your weekly work schedule and coordinate it with your sales manager.
• Participate in scheduled team meetings, coaching sessions, and professional development opportunities.
