Job Description The Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) is responsible for obtaining the required Securities Industry licenses, including the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 exams. After licensing, the advisor builds, manages, and grows client relationships, assessing clients’ complex financial situations and providing tailored advice and solutions. The role includes delivering Bank of America’s core banking services and investment solutions at a financial center, collaborating with core banking and investment partners, and contributing to the bank’s client care objectives. Responsibilities Complete all required training and licensing within the specified timelines. Build and maintain client relationships, identifying needs and recommending appropriate solutions. Provide end‑to‑end comprehensive financial advice and conduct client reviews and presentations. Collaborate with banking and investment partners to connect clients with the full range of Bank of America and Merrill products. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to client acquisition and retention. Required Qualifications Aptitude for obtaining required industry licenses. Self‑discipline in managing time and capacity. Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions. Strong peer collaboration and effective communication skills. Results‑driven mindset prioritizing client interests in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously. Adaptability to new technology or applications. Desired Qualifications Current FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) license. Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
