Compensation & Benefits $75,000 - $95,000 Base Salary Performance Bonuses Company-Paid Medical & Dental Insurance 401(k) with 3% Company Match Profit Sharing Program Up to 4 Weeks Paid Time Off 6 Paid Holidays Company Vehicle Company Phone, iPad & Technology Tools Company Uniforms Team Events & Employee Appreciation Programs What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential electricians Conduct ride-alongs and field training to improve technician performance Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and department goals Drive revenue growth while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding efforts Ensure technicians follow company processes and standards Work closely with ownership to achieve department growth objectives Create a positive, accountable, and high-performance culture What We're Looking For Required 3+ years of leadership experience in residential electrical service Proven ability to coach and develop field technicians Strong understanding of residential electrical service operations Experience managing schedules, performance, and team accountability Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong organizational and time management skills Preferred Experience with ServiceTitan or similar service management software Experience managing technician KPIs and revenue goals Electrical license or advanced electrical field experience Experience recruiting and building high-performing teams Who Succeeds in This Role The ideal candidate is a strong leader who enjoys helping others succeed.
