Quality Control Manager - Federal Healthcare Construction - Initial Project Wichita, KS Location: Wichita, KS (travel may be required). Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year. Job Details We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee the initial federal healthcare renovation project in Wichita. This full‑time role will involve managing the entire construction process, ensuring compliance and safety standards, and fostering professional relationships with all project stakeholders. Responsibilities Assist in running and managing the project from start to finish. Oversee the full construction project on a daily basis. Coordinate to resolve any problems with materials or methods. Establish and maintain an effective and professional on‑site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers, and other parties related to the project. Enforce a safe work environment, practices, and culture on the project. Qualifications Graduate engineer, graduate architect, or graduate of construction management. Minimum 5 years of construction experience related to federal or healthcare projects. QCM‑C certification and OSHA 30 certification. Strong communication and leadership skills.
