Confidential Hiring: Restaurant General Manager

Location: Austin & Hutto, TX
Compensation: Up to $62,000 Base Salary + Monthly/Performance Bonus

Lead a High-Volume Quick Service Restaurant

An established, nationally recognized quick service restaurant company is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to oversee one of its busy Austin or Hutto area locations.

What You'll Be Responsible For

As Restaurant General Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including:

• Leading day-to-day operations in a high-volume restaurant

• Recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining a high-performing management and hourly team

• Coaching Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members to achieve operational excellence

• Driving sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction

• Managing restaurant financial performance, including food cost, labor, inventory, and controllable expenses

• Maintaining exceptional standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service

• Ensuring compliance with food safety, health, and company operating standards

• Creating a positive, accountable, and team-focused work environment

• Partnering with multi-unit leadership to achieve business goals and operational initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume quick service restaurant

• Experience leading teams of 20 or more employees

• Strong knowledge of restaurant P&L management, labor, food cost, inventory, and scheduling

• Proven success developing managers and building strong restaurant teams

• Track record of improving operational performance and guest satisfaction

• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
