Nurse Manager: Lead Home Visiting & Family Health

Central Jersey Family Health Consortium, Inc. seeks a Nurse Manager to supervise the nursing and administrative staff delivering Family Connects home visiting services for newborn families. You will guide clinical oversight, ensure fidelity to the home visiting protocol, and coordinate referrals with community partners.
