Counsel II, Special Projects & Major Contracts

Commonwealth of Massachusetts

Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) is seeking a Counsel II for Special Projects to provide legal counsel and support on alternative delivery procurements, contracts, and complex transactions. You will conduct legal research, draft documents, review agreements, and guide project teams and management staff. Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, Special Projects, you will help identify legal risks and deliver high-quality legal services for major capital projects, with #J-18808-Ljbffr Commonwealth of Massachusetts
