Staff Accountant

This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment while supporting a company experiencing steady growth. Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $73,000.00/yr Responsibilities Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. Prepare and post journal entries; reconcile general ledger accounts monthly. Complete month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings accurately and on time. Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting. Coordinate requests and documentation for tax filings and internal/external audits. Support annual budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum 2 years of full-cycle accounting experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills (databases, queries, and reports). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
