We’re Hiring: Warehouse Operations Manager – Portland, ME

Keller Warehousing & Co-Packing is looking for an ambitious, hands-on leader ready to take the next step in their career to join our team in Portland, ME.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading daily operations, developing team members, and driving safe, efficient performance across all warehouse activities. This is a highly visible leadership position where you’ll partner closely with operations, safety, IT, and HR.

What You’ll Do

Lead and supervise warehouse staff across shifts, providing coaching, direction, and support
Oversee timecards, attendance, and payroll accuracy while partnering with HR on issues
Drive onboarding, training, and retraining efforts in partnership with HR and Safety
Lead daily huddles focused on safety, KPIs, and operational priorities
Plan and execute daily warehouse operations while aligning labor to volume

What You Bring

Leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment (preferred)
Strong communication, organization, and team development skills
Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage competing demands
Experience with WMS and handheld scanning systems
Solid understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations
