Network Engineer

Salary: $100,000 - 115,000 per year Requirements:

• We need 5 to 8 years of experience configuring, installing, supporting, and maintaining network hardware and software infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
• We require strong proficiency with Cisco Meraki-based networking.
• We need someone who can work on-site in Sycamore, IL for project needs.
• We require the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
• We require authorization to work for any employer in the U.S., as we are unable to sponsor or transfer employment visa sponsorship at this time.
• We require 5 years of Meraki experience.

• We maintain, configure, and secure our clients network infrastructure.
• We work across our clients organizations to design and implement large-scale technology solutions.
• We apply Prescient Solutions best practices.
• We support operational and engineering activities at client sites.
• We troubleshoot and sustain clients IT infrastructure and networks around the clock.
• We assess customer requirements and partner with clients to ensure implemented solutions meet their needs.
• We collaborate with technicians and engineering teams at Prescient Solutions and client locations to diagnose and resolve issues.
• We prepare operational and technical documentation.
• We mentor junior team members.
• We take on other duties and assist with special projects as needed.
