Your Mission:

Join our Denver team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist leading high-volume hiring for our Go-To-Market organization. Working in-office at least 3 days a week, you'll partner with hiring managers to drive full-cycle recruitment, optimize hiring workflows using data-driven insights, and ensure a candidate-first experience at every stage.

• Lead high-volume hiring for our fastest-growing teams.
• Partner directly with hiring managers to drive accountability and manage expectations.
• Optimize recruitment tooling and data flows (e.g., managing ATS workflows, running pipeline analytics).
• Have an owner mindset, whereby you step up to support cross-functional projects and operational initiatives as team needs evolve.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success handling high-volume recruitment in fast-paced, KPI-driven environments.
• Strong systems orientation with experience organizing ATS data, running hiring reports, and troubleshooting process gaps.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills under pressure.
• Sharp discernment regarding AI tools—clear opinions on how AI should and shouldn't be applied to talent acquisition.
• Experience with GTM recruiting is a plus.
• Hands-on experience building basic automations or workflow agents is a bonus.

The estimated salary range offered for this role is $73,000 - $83,000 per year. This range is tied to the market for this job in Colorado. Any salary offer extended will be based on skills, knowledge and experience.
