Job Description Experience: Mid Level Salary: $135,000 - $160,000 per year Job Details Position Overview The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall success and profitability of assigned projects from preconstruction handoff through closeout. This role leads internal teams, manages client relationships, oversees financial performance, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. Summary of Qualifications 10+ years of commercial construction experience with a General Contractor Proven experience managing $20M+ projects (or multiple concurrent projects) Strong command of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and change management Experience leading PMs, APMs, and Project Engineers Excellent communication with owners, architects, and trade partners Procore experience strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) A bit about us: We are a well‑established Chicagoland General Contractor delivering ground‑up and complex renovation projects throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
