Job Title: Gastroenterology Physician


Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and Board-Certified Gastroenterology Physician to join our team on a contractual basis. The position involves providing specialized GI care, including ERCP procedures, in a 24-hour call coverage role. The successful candidate will work approximately 8-10 hours daily, Monday through Friday, with weekend and night call coverage. The provider will collaborate with supporting staff in the Endoscopy Suite or Main OR, managing an average of 5-6 procedures per day. Flexibility around EUS scheduling is available, and the position requires proficiency with Olympus equipment. The ideal candidate will have a TN license or IMLC approval, ACLS/BLS certification, and significant experience in all General GI and ERCP cases.


Schedule:

• Start Date: August 1, 2026
• Monday 7:00 AM EST to Monday 7:00 AM EST
• 24-hour call shifts, including weekends
• Approximately 8-10 hours onsite each day

Compensation:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $4,290

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Gastroenterology
• TN License or IMLC approval before confirmation
• ACLS / BLS certifications
• Experience in ERCP procedures and General GI cases
• DEA license for Tennessee
• Willing to obtain licensure if required

• EMR: EPIC (preferred experience)
• Patient age group: Adults, with occasional younger patients
• Bed Capacity: BRMC (348), HVMC (345)
• Estimated procedure volume: 7-8 procedures per day
• Flexibility for EUS scheduling and procedures
