We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Gastroenterology Physician to join our team on a contractual basis. This position offers an excellent opportunity to provide specialized care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Details:

• Start Date: 10/05/2026
• Hourly Pay Rate: $4,290.00
• Schedule: Monday 7:00 AM EST through Monday 7:00 AM EST (7 days a week)
• Shift Duration: 24-hour shifts (07:00 - 07:00)
• Location Coverage: 2 locations (BRMC and HVMC)
• Patient Volume: Approximately 5-6 procedures per day during 24-hour call
• Patient Age Group: Adults, with some younger than 18
• Support Staff: Endo nurses supporting OR and in-house procedures
• Documentation System: EPIC (experience preferred)
• Procedures: General GI and ERCP cases with Olympus equipment
• License & Certifications:
• Board Certified in GI
• TN State License or IMLC current before confirming dates
• ACLS / BLS certifications
• DEA license (TN DEA required)
• Qualifications:
• Extensive experience in general GI and ERCP procedures
• Willing to work a 7-day week with weekend call coverage
• Ability to handle phone consults after hours
• Travel & Reimbursements: Applicable for licensure, certification, travel, and other eligible expenses
• Additional Notes:
• Support for OR and Endo services
• Privileging timeframe approximately 60-90 days with clean background and active licenses
• Requires either TN license or IMLC
• Vaccinations exemptions available with proper documentation
