Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Shift: M-F (1st = 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM / 2nd = 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM)

Position Overview

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented General Laborer / Clerk to join our team at a Premier Fulfillment center. This hybrid role bridges physical warehouse support with essential administrative tasks. You will spend your shift split between handling physical freight and utilizing inventory systems to track, log, and process shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Inventory: Accurately enter shipping, receiving, and inventory tracking details into the company computer system.
• Documentation: Review shipping manifests, process paperwork, and generate labels for outgoing orders.
• General Labor: Load and unload trailers, pick and pack orders, and assist with sorting and palletizing freight.
• Quality Control: Cross-reference physical inventory against digital records to ensure accuracy and resolve basic discrepancies.
• Organization: Maintain a clean, organized workspace across both the office and warehouse floor.

Dress Code & Safety Requirements

To ensure safety on the warehouse floor, all associates must strictly adhere to the following dress code. Failure to meet these requirements will result in being sent home.

• Pants/Bottoms: Must wear khaki pants or denim jeans (long pants must be completely free of rips and tears). Shorts are acceptable, provided they are neat and professional.
• Not Allowed: Sweatpants, joggers, leggings, or athletic shorts.
• Shirts: Shirts must have sleeves that fully cover your shoulders.
• Not Allowed: Tank tops or cut-offs.
• Footwear: Must wear leather or leather-like, closed-toed shoes.
• Not Allowed: Mesh shoes, canvas shoes, or open-toed shoes.

Qualifications

• Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with navigating computer systems, operating a mouse and keyboard, and managing files.
• Data Entry Skills: Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift freight for extended periods when working on the warehouse floor.
• Communication: Strong reliability, punctuality, and the ability to read and log information accurately.
• Prior warehouse clerk, shipping/receiving, or administrative experience is a plus.
