Technical Sourcer (Recruiting)

Role As a Technical Sourcer at Wynd Labs, you will be the engine behind our growth. You won’t just be filling seats; you will be identifying the architects of the decentralized web. This role requires a hunter's mentality and a deep understanding of the technical landscapes we operate in—specifically web crawling, large data infrastructures, and AI/ML engineering. You will partner directly with our Operations and Engineering leadership to map out niche markets and execute aggressive outbound strategies. What You’ll Do High-Volume Sourcing: Execute relentless outbound campaigns to build a robust pipeline of world-class technical talent across multiple engineering and research verticals. Find the Top 1%: Utilize creative search techniques, open-source communities (GitHub, Discord, X), and technical deep-dives to identify and engage the top 1% talent in technical roles who aren\'t looking for their next job. Strategic Mapping: Identify talent hubs in the AI, Data, and infrastructure sectors, staying ahead of market trends to find talent before our competitors do. Brand Ambassadorship: Act as the first point of contact for Wynd Labs, delivering a high-signal, compelling narrative about our mission that resonates with senior-level, deeply technical candidates. Data-Driven Iteration: Track your outreach metrics and conversion rates to constantly refine your approach and messaging.
