Acute Care Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a qualified Acute Care Registered Nurse (RN) for a 26-week contract in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic setting with a variety of patient diagnoses, primarily focused on the Admissions Pending Unit.Position Details:Contract Duration: 26 weeksWork Schedule: 36 hours per weekShift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PMHolidays: Required as neededFloating: May be required to float to other unitsCall: No call requiredRole Responsibilities:Initiating admission orders and completing the admission navigatorDocumenting initial admission assessmentsManaging patient throughput efficiently, aiming for a length of stay of 4 hours or lessQualifications:BLS and ACLS certification via AHA requiredCurrent Kansas state license or multistate license requiredNo pending certifications or licensesNo history of hits on license; no exceptionsExperience managing cardiac and anticoagulant drips, such as Cardizem and HeparinIdeal Candidate Profile:Self-starter with the ability to work independently and efficientlyDemonstrated adaptability in a high-volume environmentStrong time management and clinical judgment skillsAbility to effectively support rapid patient progression through the admission processIf you meet these qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, we encourage you to apply.Client Details State KS
