ASSISTANT(E) COMMERCIAL(E) ET COMPTABLE - H/F

Au sein de la Holding, vous êtes intégré au sein du pôle de la comptabilité fournisseur. Vous organisez, coordonnez et contrôlez les obligations comptables, fiscales et légales de votre secteur. Vous travaillerez sous la responsabilité d'un Responsable de Pôle Fournisseur, en coordination avec le Directeur administratif et financier, le Directeur Commercial et les managers. Vos missions en tant que Assistant(e) Commercial(e) et Comptable: Assurer la gestion commerciale (suivi base produit) Controle le prospectus le mardi matin dès 7h30 Création d'articles / produits Suivre les accords "cadres" des fournisseurs Création de Tarif Mission Comptable: Rapprocher les bons de livraisons et les factures (quantités, tarifs) dans le système commerciale Bascule des ecritures en comptabilité Émettre les règlements des factures des fournisseurs Lettrage des comptes liés aux fournisseurs et les justififier Caractéristiques du poste : Poste à pourvoir : CDI Temps plein Rémunération : entre 1894.00 euros bruts et 2400 .00 euro bruts selon expérience. Mutuelle d'entreprise. Prime annuelle à partir d'un an d'ancienneté. Vous maîtrisez les techniques de facturation et comptables, les différentes écritures en lien avec l'exercice et les missions courantes,ainsi queles méthodes d'analyses. Vous êtes rigoureux, vous avez le sens de l'analyse et de la synthèse. Vous respectez les règles de confidentialité. Vous connaissez également les réglementations en matière fiscale et vous savez mettre à jour vos connaissances.
