The successful candidate will be a collaborative and strategic leader, responsible for shaping and executing the organization's strategic vision in partnership with the Board of Directors. This pivotal role involves leading the implementation of strategic priorities, particularly in the areas of advocacy, member engagement, and operational excellence. The CEO will serve as the principal spokesperson and chief advocate, driving proactive legislative and regulatory strategies to protect and advance the credit union charter. Additionally, the role requires deepening engagement with member credit unions, strengthening strategic partnerships, and ensuring the organization's long-term impact in the financial services landscape. Candidates for the CEO position should have a proven track record in senior executive leadership within a relevant industry, with experience in managing complex, stakeholder-driven organizations. Strong knowledge of financial services regulation, public policy, and legislative processes is essential, as is a background in advocacy and government relations.
