Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A wonderful opportunity is available for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students in the Katy, TX area on a contract basis. You’ll help students enhance their communication skills, collaborate with educators and families, and contribute your expertise in a supportive school environment.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and valid SLP license in Texas, or eligibility to obtain prior to start
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; open to CFY candidates
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with school guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and consult with classroom teachers
• Support students’ functional communication and academic achievement through direct and indirect services
