Senior Business Analyst

As organizations accelerate adoption of agentic AI, machine identities and credentials are multiplying across APIs, cloud services, SaaS platforms, and internal systems—creating new governance and security challenges. We're hiring a Senior Business Analyst to lead a Machine Identity & Agentic AI Governance program end-to-end, driving rollout and operationalization of a non-human identity (NHI) governance platform across a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end deployment of the NHI governance platform, including integrations with cloud platforms, identity providers, SaaS tools, and internal systems
• Partner with IAM engineers and analysts to define and implement the operational model for NHI discovery, classification, ownership assignment, and lifecycle management
• Develop dashboards, alerting, and reporting to provide real-time visibility into machine identity posture for business stakeholders
• Establish intake, assessment, and approval workflows for new machine identities and agent credentials across lines of business
• Define lifecycle management processes (provisioning, rotation, access reviews, decommissioning) for secrets, service accounts, API keys, and OAuth tokens in partnership with domain SMEs
• Identify ungoverned or orphaned credentials and lead remediation efforts with Cloud, Identity, and Engineering teams
• Serve as the operational bridge across Identity Management, Cloud Operations, Enterprise Applications, and Cybersecurity teams
• Translate cybersecurity policy into enforceable, automated controls in partnership with Cybersecurity stakeholders
• Collaborate with AI teams and lines of business to enable governed adoption of agentic AI while maintaining delivery velocity
• Represent the organization in cross-functional forums focused on AI governance and machine identity strategy
• Build and maintain runbooks, standards, and documentation for machine identity operations
• Track and report metrics that demonstrate risk reduction and operational maturity over time
• Stay current on NHI and agentic AI threat trends and incorporate relevant practices into the program

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), preferably including Identity Governance and Non-Human Identity (NHI) programs
• Strong technical project management skills, including prioritization, risk assessment, and proactive issue escalation
• Solid technical grounding in integration technologies, including APIs, cloud platforms, connectors, REST, SCIM, and enterprise system integrations
• Familiarity with OAuth, OIDC, SAML, and API key-based authentication patterns
• Business analysis experience, including requirements gathering and creation of technical requirements documents, design documents, and related program artifacts
• Conceptual understanding of secrets management platforms (e.g., HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault) and/or non-human identity tooling sufficient to partner effectively with implementation engineers
• Conceptual understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and how machine identities are created and used within them
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries, from technical deep-dives with engineers to stakeholder-facing risk posture discussions
• Clear, structured written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work remotely

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NHI governance or secrets security platforms (e.g., Entro Security, Astrix, Elimity, or similar)
• Background in or exposure to agentic AI frameworks and how AI agents authenticate to services
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CCSP, cloud provider security certifications)
• Experience in media, publishing, or other data-sensitive industries
