LAB Technician III

Our client, a leader in chemical manufacturing and quality assurance, is seeking a LAB Technician III to join their team. As a LAB Technician III, you will be part of the analytical chemistry laboratory supporting quality control and product development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: LAB Technician III Location: Cottage Grove, Minnesota Pay Range: $20 - $25/hr based on experience What's the Job? Perform and report analytical testing for quality control on manufactured products and raw materials Calibrate analytical instrumentation and evaluate new test methods for R&D teams Prioritize incoming testing and other quality control activities independently Collaborate with manufacturing engineers, chemists, and technicians to communicate testing status and challenges Perform minor troubleshooting on equipment and elevate issues as needed What's Needed? Experience with data reporting and analysis in laboratory settings Proficiency with titrations, gas chromatography, and liquid chromatography techniques Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams Basic understanding of statistical principles relevant to quality control Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment What's in it for me?
