Sales Manager Benefits and Compensation: Base salary + team sales incentives Employer contribution toward health benefits PTO Opportunity to help build and shape a growing sales organization Direct partnership with executive leadership Strong growth potential within a scaling, mission-driven company Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications: 5+ years of progressive sales experience with proven direct sales management experience Demonstrated experience hiring, managing, developing, performance-managing, and terminating sales representatives Track record of building or scaling sales teams, processes, or sales functions Experience building sales playbooks, messaging, prospecting strategies, and repeatable processes Experience leveraging AI and sales technology to improve prospecting, messaging, coaching, automation, and overall sales performance Strong accountability mindset with experience setting expectations, managing KPIs, addressing underperformance, and driving results Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and comfortable building in an environment where the playbook is still being written Hands-on, player-coach mentality with the credibility and sales experience to coach prospecting, objection handling, and closing Proven ability to identify, recruit, coach, and develop high-performing sales talent Strong consultative sales background with expertise in pipeline management, conversion, and performance metrics Strong communicator who can make complex concepts clear, credible, and compelling Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills: Experience in health and wellness, functional/integrative medicine, supplements, chiropractic, wellness technology, biohacking, or related industries Startup, emerging-growth, or build-from-scratch sales experience Track record of personally identifying and recruiting strong sales talent Naturally driven, independent, resourceful, proactive, and data-driven Genuine passion for health, wellness, and innovative preventative health solutions #J-18808-Ljbffr
