The successful candidate possesses the ability to communicate professionally with customers, provide exemplary service in meeting clients' mailroom and printing needs. This is an Onsite Print/Mailroom Specialist position based in downtown Houston, TX.

Summary: You will be involved with the print room and mailroom services at our client’s site, which includes oversized printing, small format printing, shipping, mail distribution, and meeting room setups.

Duties

• Assist with the day-to-day administrative responsibilities, including inventory, supply ordering, maintaining service on large format and small format printers, print finishing, mail distribution, UPS shipping, conference room setup, coffee setup, and meeting room support.
• Assist with workflow and shipping scheduling to ensure deadlines are met, and all printing projects and shipping requirements are completed within the client’s timeframe and in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Setting up conference rooms for meetings.
• Keeping the mailroom and HUB area stocked and organized.
• Other duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule and weekends (if needed)
• Attend meetings and training as scheduled.
• Maintain the company’s professional reputation.
• Keep work area clean and secure.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed.

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of print equipment, production materials, mailroom procedures, and UPS shipping.
• Superior customer serviceability and experience working with customers both over the phone and in person.
• Ability to speak knowledgeably about the department's capabilities and the company to potential and existing clients.
• Highly developed organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining focus.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware problems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the onsite clients and employees.
• High School diploma or equivalent GED
