Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Executive Chef to join our Morrison Healthcare team and provide multi‑unit culinary leadership across multiple healthcare accounts in Anniston, AL. Relocation assistance is available. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain high culinary standards for retail, board meals, dining, and catering operations. Train, develop, and inspire the local culinary team. Lead corporate social responsibility initiatives, food seasonality, health/wellness, and high‑quality culinary arts on campus. Analyze performance trends and implement improvements. Explain menu items accurately to customers. Preferred Qualifications Culinary degree preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field preferred. Three to five years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience, depending on formal education. Experience planning and managing catering events from a culinary perspective. Strong leadership skills. Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends focused on quality, production, sanitation, cost control, and presentation. Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, internet). Excellent communication at management, departmental, customer, and associate levels. ServSafe® certification.
