Customer Service Rep I Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and customer service industry, is seeking a Customer Service Rep I to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep I, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting customer interactions and operational coordination. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Missouri City, TX Pay Range: $17 Shift: Sunday - Saturday 10am - 7pm What's the Job? Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to ensure smooth communication and service delivery Make sales calls to customers to upsell services and enhance customer engagement Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner to resolve issues effectively Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues related to delivery and service requests Monitor progress of delivery routes and verify haul-away pods and stamps for accuracy What's Needed? Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint High school diploma or equivalent 1-year related experience, preferably within a call center environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues satisfactorily Solid multitasking and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively What's in it for me?
