Customer Service Rep I

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and customer service industry, is seeking a Customer Service Rep I to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep I, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting customer interactions and operational coordination. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Missouri City, TX

Pay Range: $17

Shift: Sunday - Saturday 10am - 7pm

What's the Job?

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
• Make sales calls to customers to upsell services and enhance customer engagement
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner to resolve issues effectively
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues related to delivery and service requests
• Monitor progress of delivery routes and verify haul-away pods and stamps for accuracy

What's Needed?

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-year related experience, preferably within a call center environment
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues satisfactorily
• Solid multitasking and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
