Maintenance Mechanic(1st and 2nd shift openings)Pay: $27.00 - $37.00 per hour (Lots of overtime available)Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join a manufacturing maintenance team supporting automated equipment and industrial machinery. This position is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience who enjoys diagnosing equipment issues, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.Breakdown of the Role:• 50% of your time will be dedicated to preventative maintenance• 30% to troubleshooting and repairs• 20% to project-based work focused on improving equipment reliability and performanceResponsibilities:• Perform preventative maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems• Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled equipment• Troubleshoot 480V electrical systems and 3-phase motors• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics• Maintain and repair conveyors, facility equipment, and production machinery• Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects• Conduct light facility maintenance as needed• Document maintenance activities and completed repairs• Work independently to prioritize and complete maintenance tasksBenefits:• Medical, dental, and vision insurance• 401(k) retirement plan• Career advancement opportunities• Long-term growth within the organization• Stable, team-oriented work environmentSchedule:• 1st Shift - Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM and Friday: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM• 2nd Shift - Monday - Thursday: 3:00 PM - 3:00 AMJob Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Forest Lake, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $37.00/hr.
