Job Details

• Experience in M&A (asset and equity purchases, transition services and tolling agreements and related exhibits) and/or commercial real estate.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, corporate governance, non-profits, privacy, business filings and/or business exits a plus
• Tax experience helpful
