- 3+ years as an HVAC Technician
- S1 or S2 license, or eligibility to obtain an S license
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage students
- Passion for teaching and mentoring

- 4-day work week with three-day weekends
