Job Description

Schedule:

• Night shifts

Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
• Current state licensure to practice as a Respiratory Therapist
• Previous clinical experience in LTAC, acute care, or hospital settings preferred
• Familiarity with advanced respiratory equipment and ventilator management
• Strong communication skills and commitment to collaborative, interdisciplinary care
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, demanding clinical situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality respiratory therapy to patients with complex, acute needs
• Perform patient assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate therapy outcomes
• Administer and monitor oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and advanced airway management
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Document all procedures, clinical assessments, and updates accurately in patient records
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide appropriate respiratory interventions

This is a contract night shift opportunity, offering a competitive rate of pay between $95 and $110 per hour based on experience and certification.
