Project Engineer - Commercial HVAC

Job Details Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year. Help manage commercial HVAC and plumbing project execution from kickoff through closeout. Track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation. Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and progress reporting. Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal engineering staff. Monitor project milestones to keep work on schedule and within scope. Support quality control, safety, and client communication throughout the project lifecycle. Help resolve project issues quickly and professionally to maintain delivery momentum. Qualifications Experience in commercial mechanical project management or project engineering. Background in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical construction. Ability to support multiple projects in a deadline‑driven environment. Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
