Sr. AI Engineer

Seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and implement advanced AI solutions for a Manufacturing platform. This individual will build production-ready AI systems, develop multi-agent architectures, and help operationalize AI capabilities that integrate into enterprise applications and conversational experiences.
Responsibilities
• Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions in production environments
• Build multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
• Design and optimize LLM-powered applications
• Develop APIs and services that expose AI capabilities to downstream applications
• Partner with Data Scientists and Software Engineers to deploy end-to-end solutions
• Support prompt engineering and AI model optimization efforts

Required Skills & Experience
• 6-8+ years of software engineering or AI engineering experience
• Strong expertise in Machine Learning and AI concepts
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience building RAG-based solutions
• Experience developing Multi-Agent Systems
• Strong understanding of NLP (Natural Language Processing)
• Prompt Engineering experience
• Experience exposing AI models/services through APIs
Strong Python development skills


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Azure AI ecosystem
• Experience with Agent Orchestration platforms
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, Copilot, or similar AI platforms
• Experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments
• Experience supporting conversational AI platforms
Familiarity with Manufacturing or Industrial Intelligence use cases
