Details Work in the Neuro Critical Care ICU of a 295-bed acute care hospital Night shift schedule from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM 36 guaranteed hours per week Every other weekend required No on-call responsibilities May be required to float within a 25 mile radius of the facility Patient ratios of 4:1 on day shift and 5:1 on night shift Uses Meditech EHR system 13-week assignment Requirements Active RN license (Kentucky or Compact) currently in hand Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) 1-2 years of acute care experience required AHA certifications required Additional Information Provide critical care nursing services within a neurosurgery program accredited as a Spine Center Facility offers cardiac care and advanced neurosurgery services Weekly orientation held on Mondays Must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility to qualify for the travel rate Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months Cannot be employed elsewhere full time while on assignment American Traveler Job ID P-742732.
