Location: USA - Houston, 831 Division:Air & SeaJob Posting Title: Receptionist, Houston, Air & Sea US - 127996Time Type: Full Time Reception, Houston, Air & Sea US Summary The receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, directing calls to appropriate personnel, and performing other administrative duties as assigned. Duties and Responsibilities Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate personnel or department Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean and organized Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries Perform general administrative duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing Coordinate with other departments to schedule meetings and appointments Assist with other duties as assigned by management Educational background / Work experience Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred. Skills & Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard office software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and accuracy Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in the transportation and logistics industry is a plus Experience with phone systems and other office equipment Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred but not required Language skills Fluent in English (oral and written) Computer Literacy Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard office software is required. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
