Position Summary

The Client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a Program Manager in delivering the HR1 Program , a high-visibility initiative focused on reducing SNAP error rates and improving overall program performance.

The Project Coordinator will support multiple concurrent projects by coordinating program activities, facilitating executive and operational meetings, tracking action items and deliverables, and preparing executive-level reporting for senior leadership and Cabinet stakeholders.

• Support project activities associated with the HR1 Program and initiatives focused on reducing SNAP error rates and improving operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate with business, operational, policy, and technology teams to ensure alignment with program objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, issues, and corrective action plans.
• Prepare executive summaries, dashboards, presentations, and status reports highlighting key metrics, program progress, issues, risks, and achievements.
• Facilitate leadership, governance, and operational meetings focused on program performance and continuous improvement.
• Develop meeting agendas, document meeting outcomes, and track action items through completion.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables and program objectives.
• Analyze process flows and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Support project management activities across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Assist with proposal development, project documentation, and executive communications.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Provide clear and professional presentations to leadership and program stakeholders.

• Experience supporting large-scale government, public sector, human services, benefits administration, or healthcare programs .
• Experience with initiatives involving program compliance, eligibility operations, quality improvement, or performance management .
• Familiarity with SNAP, Medicaid, social services, or other public assistance programs is strongly preferred.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong experience preparing executive-level reports, presentations, dashboards, and program status updates.
