Requirements FIXED Work Details: • Support staff: Inpatient setting x6 RNs PT team of 4 plus admin team …clinic 1 RN and 4 CMAs • Department Description: Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital • Carf-Accredited Program With 30 Years Of Excellence • 49-Bed Inpatient Rehab Unit With Strong Patient Satisfaction • Collaborative Interdisciplinary Team Approach • Strong Support Including Therapists Pt/Ot/St Nursing Apps Social Work And Neuropsychology • Established Support Groups: Stroke Brain Injury Amputee Spinal Cord Injury Outpatient Practice • Established Team: 6 Physicians App Support 2 Neuropsychologists Growing • Dedicated Clinical And Administrative Support Staff • 11 Exam Rooms And 2 Procedure Rooms Procedures And Equipment On-Site • C-Arm And Procedure Suite On-Site • Broad Procedural Mix Including: Spine Injections Joint Injections Rfa Botox Migraine Management • Ultrasound-Guided Procedures And Integrated Neuropsychology/Cognitive Testing • Patient Volume: clinic = 15-17 per day hospital rounding consults 5-7 per day • Patient Age Group: 18 and up • EMR/Documentation System: EPIC • EMR/Documentation system experience – 1 year preferred • Special Procedures or Skills/Unit Details: spinals and neuro/head trauma • Special Equipment Used: Requirements: • Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: Physiatrist • State License: NC IMLC is considered but not preferred **but yes willing to license with IMLC • Specific Skills Req’d?: inpatient rehab and spinal cord injuries • Minimum Experience Req’d: 2 years withi this being both inpatient and outpatient coverage • Are vaccines mandatory?: yes • Additional requirements/details to screen for?: experience inpatient rehab spine cord injuries • Name Clear Required?
