You will tackle behind-the-scenes work to help keep the store running smoothly under the guidance of your Store Manager. As a Floor Supervisor, you will take on a leadership role by driving daily sales goals, and supporting the creation of a motivating and inclusive team environment.What You'll Do:Customer Experience Leader: Energize every customer interaction with a genuine welcome. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
