Associate Financial Advisor/ Investment Case Manager

Role Description Heritage Haus Wealth Partners is seeking an Associate Financial Advisor / Investment Case Manager to join our growing team in New Braunfels, Texas. This is an entry-level advisory position designed primarily as a back-office and case-management role , rather than a client-facing or business-development position. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in financial services and enjoys the operational side of wealth management- managing investment cases, executing trades, coordinating insurance business, maintaining financial plans, and making sure every client recommendation and follow-up is completed accurately and on time. The Associate Financial Advisor will work closely with our advisors and other team members to move client cases from recommendation through implementation. This person will play an important role in ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and that our clients receive the high level of service Heritage Haus is known for. Key Responsibilities Serve as a case manager for investment and financial planning recommendations from initial preparation through implementation and follow-up Process and monitor investment transactions, including trades, account changes, contributions, distributions, transfers, and other investment-related requests Ensure advisor recommendations and client action items are completed accurately and in a timely manner Prepare and maintain financial plans and planning analyses for advisor review Assist advisors with investment research, portfolio analysis, rebalancing, and implementation Coordinate account opening, transfers, rollovers, and other custodial paperwork Manage the firm's insurance business, including life insurance and other applicable insurance cases from application through underwriting, placement, and ongoing service Work directly with insurance carriers and brokerage/general agencies to obtain illustrations, submit applications, track underwriting requirements, and ensure cases are completed Maintain accurate and detailed records within the firm's CRM and financial planning systems Prepare materials and supporting documentation for client meetings Coordinate follow-up among advisors, clients, custodians, insurance carriers, and other professionals Assist with compliance documentation and ensure required records are maintained Identify outstanding items and proactively follow up to keep cases moving Provide occasional client communication related to paperwork, implementation, account servicing, and case status Collaborate with the Heritage Haus team to provide an organized and seamless client experience QualificationsRequired Series 65 license Current Life & Health Insurance License 1-3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, investment advisory, financial planning, insurance, or a related field Working knowledge of investment accounts, securities, retirement accounts, and basic portfolio concepts Strong organizational and case-management skills Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to take ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion High level of professionalism, discretion, integrity, and commitment to client confidentiality Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced, on-site environment in New Braunfels, TX Preferred Experience with eMoney or another comprehensive financial planning platform Previous financial planning or paraplanning experience Experience with investment trading, portfolio management, or investment operations Experience processing life insurance applications and managing cases through underwriting Familiarity with CRM and wealth-management technology Understanding of retirement planning, tax planning, and estate planning concepts Who Will Thrive in This Role This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys the details and execution behind great financial advice .
