A day in the life

You start the shift by leading a safety huddle, reinforcing Beyond Zero initiatives and 5S standards. As the morning unfolds, you translate site and company strategies into clear priorities for the maintenance team, aligning actions with outcomes. You champion our Operating System so it19s understood, reinforced, and embedded in daily work. Throughout the day, you review work orders and schedules, close gaps, and communicate priorities, issues, and equipment status to the customer014building a positive, profitable partnership. You coach technicians one-on-one, approve necessary overtime, and remove barriers so continuous improvement and root cause analyses turn into action. You wrap with a focused team meeting to celebrate wins and set up the next shift for success.

What you19ll lead

• Own the Site Safety Program; model safe behaviors, uphold policies, and drive a clean, organized workplace through 5S.
• Promote Beyond Zero safety and wellness initiatives across the team.
• Translate site- and company-level strategic initiatives into clear goals and processes; champion positive change.
• Use ATS leadership competencies to drive the team19s day-to-day execution; demonstrate self-motivation and emotional intelligence.
• Ensure our Operating System is understood, reinforced, and embedded in daily routines.
• Assist the Site Manager by tracking and reporting key maintenance KPIs, performing root cause analyses, and converting findings into action.
• Communicate/escalate priorities, issues, and equipment status to the customer and nurture a strong working relationship.
• Help manage costs (labor, overtime, material consumption) and approve overtime for the team.
• Review work orders, maintain schedule adherence, and quickly resolve gaps.
• Lead and participate in effective team meetings that inform, align, and inspire.

What you bring

• Associate19s degree (or equivalent from a two-year college) with a minimum of 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid computer proficiency: Microsoft applications, web-based tools, and CMMS software.

Bonus qualifications

• Foundational business acumen: contracts, understanding the customer19s business, negotiation, billing models, financial awareness, and relationship building.
• Planner/scheduler experience is ideal.

ATS believes in fair and equitable pay. Actual salaries may vary within, above, or below the range based on education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. Pay Range: $76,937.45 - $102,583.29
