Deckers Brands is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for North America UGG Specialty & Statement Accounts. Based in New York with a hybrid showroom schedule, you will drive marketing strategy with key retail partners across the US and Canada, overseeing budgets, campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration. You will own partner relationships, develop integrated campaigns, and measure performance with KPI dashboards.
