Job Summary: This role is Onsite in Plano, TX
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong Project Management knowledge and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of driving project success in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem solving throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong Project Management knowledge and expertise.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
Preferred Skills:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
Experience in managing cross functional teams and complex projects.
Familiarity with budgeting and financial management in project contexts.
Knowledge of industry specific regulations and standards.
Experience in stakeholder management and engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
10 15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on delivering successful projects.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively in a team oriented, collaborative environment.
