Job Description Xplor Mariana Tek is a leading vertical SaaS platform that enables boutique fitness studios to run their businesses with ease, save time and increase revenue. Xplor Mariana Tek empowers class-based boutique fitness studios to increase sales performance and overall productivity by managing all aspects of their daily operations. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll help drive pipeline to generate more revenue as a business. This position is eligible for a base salary of $50,000 USD and a commission plan. It is a 100% remote position available to candidates located in the U.S. (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Work hours are 8 am–5 pm PST. Responsibilities Generate ideal prospect lists for the team to sell to Call prospects and book demos with Account Executives Target key accounts with a multi‑modal outreach approach Assist in data quality management and enrichment Learn CRM best practices and workflows Participate in sales training programs Qualifications Desire to pursue a role in SaaS sales Motivated to make 40+ calls every day Attention to detail Not afraid of rejection from prospects, has tough skin Proactive, self‑motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goals Ability to work in a team where you manage your own time and priorities Motivated by a fast‑paced environment where you will have to constantly adapt – no two days are the same!
