Join a proven manufacturer with 80+ years of craftsmanship
Bring your Acme multi-spindle expertise to our Euclid, Ohio facility and own the setup from blueprint to finished part.
Why this role- Established company: 80+ years in continuous operation
- Clear schedule: Mon–Thu, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
- Weekly pay and a temp-to-hire path (~90 days) for long-term stability
- Benefits available after hire
- Complete setup of Acme-Gridley screw machines from print/layout to first article and production run.
- Selection and installation of cams, gears, attachments, and tooling.
- Use of specialized tooling methods: dovetail forms, floating shaves, knee tools, knurling, tapping, thread rolling, accelerated reaming, recess, and pick-off attachments.
- Troubleshooting, adjustments, and quality checks to hit spec and cycle time.
- 3+ years of Acme or comparable multi-spindle screw machining experience (preferred).
- Ability to read prints and perform setups through completion.
- Solid working knowledge of attachments and tooling listed above.
- Reliability and a desire for long-term employment.
